Pricing
Our prices are so competitive that prospective buyers think it's a scam. WINGSS is not a huge, Corporate Technology supplier with many employees, high fixed expenses or utilities. We are mainly a consultancy, supplier and trainer of various technologies.
Our motto is therefore not to make a quick buck from only a few influential client schools. We are very passionate about education and therefore we'll rather supply many more schools with either free or very well priced products or services.
Warranties
All our products have a standard 12 calendar month warranty on any electronic failures from date of invoice, excluding physical damage or damage caused by fluids.
Returns

Wingss only accepts returns on tech received in a malfunctioning state.

Once received, the product needs to be tested and Wingss needs to be notified within 48 hours after received by filling the SUPPORT FORM below.

The return product must be returned in the original package as received. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

We'lI test the returned product and if we find that the claim is valid, we'll replace it with a new unit which will be shipped at Wingss, expense.

Should we find that the problem is with usage and not due to malfunction, Wingss will return the product and remedy the problem with training.
